Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the resort, especially appreciating the spacious and modern Pandanus Villa that was perfect for my family. The amenities for kids were excellent, and it was a great place for a short stay. However, the villa could use better insulation for the cooler months, and some areas of the park look a bit tired and in need of updates.
We had a nice stay at the park, with a mix of ups and downs. The camping site we originally booked was taken, leading to a smaller space that was a bit difficult to maneuver into. However, the amenities were spotlessly clean, and there were loads of activities for the kids to enjoy. The park's location next to Harbourtown made it convenient for shopping and entertainment, which was a plus, although the road noise was noticeable at times.
We had a fun stay, especially since the cabin was spacious and close to the main pool, which our kids loved. However, there were some minor issues, like the uncomfortable mattresses and maintenance needs in the cabin. The check-in process could have been smoother, but overall, it served as a decent base for our theme park outings.
Our stay was delightful, especially with so many activities for the kids to enjoy, such as multiple pools and a water park. We loved our lagoon villa, which offered nice indoor and outdoor spaces, although the mattresses were a bit too firm for comfort. The park's location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants, and the facility's cleanliness stands out. The value for what we received was excellent overall, but the hard beds could be an issue for some guests.
We had a fantastic time at this park hotel, especially enjoying the spacious pools and plentiful activities for kids. Our accommodations were perfect, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. However, the noise level was a bit concerning at times, and we noticed some unsupervised children in the busy pool area. Overall, it’s an excellent value for families looking for a fun getaway.
